Barre Class Technique Tip: Hip Raises
We all want to make sure we are getting the most out of our exercises and workouts! By becoming aware of your body-its strengths and weaknesses-you will be able to activate and engage muscles that you didn’t know you had and even muscles you thought would never come back!! “Hip Raises” is a great example of that. It’s all about activating and initiating from our deepest core muscles and lower abdominal muscles.
